Free Workshops for Kids from Home Depot & Lowe’s
Home Depot offers one free workshop per month, usually on the first Saturday of the month. Attendees receive an orange Home Depot apron specially sized for kids, a pin, a certificate of achievement, and the project for the day! The project varies, and you can check out the project for the upcoming workshops here (click on Kids Workshops on the top right). You will need to register online in order to ensure a spot.
Join them on May 4, 2019, to make mom’s day with a handmade blooming art piece. In this hands-on workshop, you and your child can discuss the art of patience as you build a blooming work of art to gift or put on display. Once built, decorate and paint it!

Also Lowe’s Build and Grow is scheduled for May 11th, 2019 where kids can build a chalkboard planter, so register for a FREE Build and Grow Clinic at lowes and give your kid a chance to build a chalkboard planter. Remember, Mother’s Day is right around the corner and what better gift for kids to give mom than one they make themselves. Space is limited so register today!
